The problem

You won the shelf. The buyer wants velocity, and you can’t prove it.

Getting listed is the start. Every range review asks the same question: what moved off the shelf in the stores you launched in? Most brands answer with reach numbers, and the buyer does not count reach.

  • Reach is not velocity

The buyer wants units through the till. Your report has impressions.

  • Demo staff cannot be everywhere

Trial happens in a handful of stores on a Saturday, then stops.

  • Rights are unclear

Great content sits in a folder because nobody knows what it is licensed for.

  • Launch stores get no support

The listing is regional, the marketing is national, and the two never meet.

  • Buyer meetings without proof

The range review arrives and the marketing story has no numbers in it.

  • Admin eats the week

Sourcing, chasing, contracts, receipts and reporting, all by hand.

How it works

From the brief to the receipt

Four steps, run by our team. You set the goal and approve the people. We do the sourcing, the contracts, the payments and the checking.

  1. Build your retailer campaign

Tell us the products, the retailers and the cities. We set the goal with you: awareness, trial or content, and we can tie the campaign to an Offer so purchases are verified from day one.

  2. We source local creators

Our team finds creators who already shop where you sell, in the regions that matter to your buyers. You approve every one. Nothing is posted without your sign-off.

  3. Add an Offer and close the loop

An Offer is tied to a SKU and the retailers that stock it. Creators share it, shoppers buy it in store and upload the receipt in the Sup app. Every purchase is checked before anyone is paid.

  4. Track results and reuse the content

Redemptions, content and creator performance land in one dashboard. Every post comes with usage rights, so the best content can go straight into paid, organic and retail media.

Offers

Creator campaigns build awareness. Offers verify the purchase.

An Offer is tied to one SKU and the retailers that stock it. Creators share it, shoppers buy it in store and upload the receipt in the Sup app. Every redemption shows up in the same dashboard as your creator campaigns, so the velocity data and the content story sit in one place.

  • Verified purchases

Real receipts from the retailers you name, matched to the SKU on the Offer. No modelled lift and no estimates.

  • Data your buyers want

Redemptions by retailer, city and creator sit in the same dashboard as your campaigns, ready for the next buyer meeting.

  • Reach beyond the post

Creators share the Offer link in stories, captions and group chats. Their followers buy in store and the receipt proves it.

Verified live

Every purchase is checked. Not estimated.

A creator shares the Offer link. Their followers buy in the store you named and photograph the receipt. The receipt is matched to the retailer, the date and the SKU before a penny of cash back moves, and the redemption lands in your dashboard with the creator who drove it.

  • Creator shares the link
  • Shopper uploads the receipt
  • Brand sees the redemption

Licensed UGC

Shelf-level content with full usage rights

Always-on creator content you can actually put to work. Every post is licensed for paid, organic and retail media, and the contract that says so is stored next to it.

  • Shelf-level content

Real shoppers filming your product in the aisle and at home, not a studio set.

  • Always on

A steady supply of fresh content every month, without wrangling creators one by one.

  • Rights included

Every post is licensed for paid, organic and retail media use. The terms are in the contract.

  • By retailer and region

Brief content around the retailers and cities where you need presence this quarter.

Where it works

Local influence that shows up at the shelf

Activate campaigns and Offers in the retailers and regions that matter to your buyers. An Offer can be tied to any store that prints an itemised receipt. These are examples of where brands set them, not partners.

The difference

Not broadcast influence. Local influence with a receipt.

Sup runs both kinds of creator. For retail we lean on everyday creators who shop where you sell, because their recommendation continues past the post to a purchase we can verify.

The Sup app

One app for creators, one wallet for shoppers

Creators get their briefs, contracts and Offer links in the Sup app. Shoppers find live Offers at the stores near them, upload the receipt and get paid. Both sides feed the same dashboard you see.

For creators

Brief, contract, post, get paid

  • Campaign briefs and drafts for approval in one place
  • A signed contract with the usage rights for every post
  • A unique Offer link to share in stories, captions and group chats
  • Payment on the day the post goes live and when their link converts

For shoppers

Save, buy, snap the receipt, cash out

  • A feed of Offers at the retailers they already shop
  • Receipt upload in the app, checked before anyone is paid
  • Cash back in a wallet they can send to their bank
  • A share link that earns a commission when friends redeem

FAQ

In case you missed anything.

Everything retail and CPG teams ask before they send the first brief.

  • An Offer is a cash-back deal tied to one of your products at the retailers that stock it. Shoppers find it through a creator or in the Sup app, buy the product in store, and upload a photo of the receipt. We check the receipt against the SKU and retailer before the cash back is paid, so every redemption in your dashboard is a real purchase.

  • No. An Offer can run on its own to drive trial at one retailer or support a new SKU. Most brands pair it with a creator campaign, because the creators give the Offer distribution and the Offer gives the campaign proof.

  • Any retailer that issues an itemised receipt. In the UK that includes Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Boots and Holland & Barrett. In the US it includes Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Costco, Sprouts and Kroger. You choose the retailers when you set up the Offer.

  • Every creator signs a contract that licenses the content for paid, organic and retail media use. The exact term and channels are set in the brief, and the signed contract is stored against the post in your dashboard.

  • A normal campaign ends at the post and reports reach. A Sup retail campaign continues to the shelf: creators are chosen for where they shop, Offers verify the purchase, and the dashboard shows redemptions by retailer next to the content. You still get the reach, and you also get the receipts.

  • You pay creators for posts that go live and shoppers for verified purchases. Sup takes a share of the creator fee we negotiate. There is no subscription and no minimum, and the brief and every approval stay with you.

Founding Story

Why We Built Sup

“We spent years watching brands waste thousands on influencer platforms that gave them a login, a stale database, and zero support. Sup exists because I believe influencer marketing should be a service, not a software problem. We pair AI with a real team so brands get results - and proof those results are real”
Matt GreenwellMatt GreenwellCo-Founder

Book a call. Worst case, you keep the report.

On the call we will show you the local creators around the retailers you sell in and build you a free intelligence report on your category, before you pay anything. If we cannot beat what you would have found yourself, you have lost nothing but half an hour.

We take on five new teams a month — book before this month closes.
