What you get
Every number we check before a booking, on one page
This is the report our own team runs on a creator before we put them in front of a brand. It reads the public profile, the 12 most recent posts and the 12 most recent Reels, live, and shows you the numbers that decide whether a fee is fair.
Engagement rate
Likes plus comments over followers, averaged across the last 12 posts, with average likes and comments beside it and the creator placed against their size tier.
Average Reel views
The mean and the median of the last 12 Reels, and the view rate: what share of the follower count a typical Reel reaches.
Posting rhythm
Posts per week from the dates of the last 12 posts, and how long ago the last one went up.
Content mix
How the last 12 posts split between Reels, carousels and single images. A creator who never posts Reels cannot be bought on views.
Paid partnerships
How many of the last 12 posts carry Instagramās paid partnership tag. It shows experience with brands, and how crowded the feed is.
Hashtags and top posts
The hashtags the creator repeats, which say what they think they are about, and the three posts with the most engagement, which say what their audience thinks.
Benchmarks
Engagement rate by follower tier
Every rate on the report is placed against creators of the same size. These tiers are computed from the creators in Supās public directory and are recalculated whenever that data is refreshed. Under the bottom quarter is low for that size. Over the top quarter is strong.
| Follower tier | Creators | Low (bottom quarter) | Median | Strong (top quarter) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10k to 50k followers | 73 | under 1.69% | 2.97% | over 6.29% |
| 50k to 100k followers | 26 | under 1.49% | 2.08% | over 4.30% |
| 100k to 500k followers | 104 | under 1.37% | 2.09% | over 3.88% |
| 500k and up followers | 20 | under 1.35% | 2.45% | over 4.52% |
Computed from the 223 creators in Supās public directory, data collected 8 September 2026. Quarters are the 25th and 75th percentiles. The directory has no creators under 10k followers, so there is no tier for them.
Benchmarks
Views per follower by tier
Views are what a brand actually buys, so the report shows the view rate as well: average Reel views divided by followers. Over 100% means the creatorās Reels reach more people than follow them.
| Follower tier | Creators | Low (bottom quarter) | Median | Strong (top quarter) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10k to 50k followers | 73 | under 32% | 112% | over 229% |
| 50k to 100k followers | 26 | under 48% | 81% | over 153% |
| 100k to 500k followers | 104 | under 28% | 47% | over 90% |
| 500k and up followers | 20 | under 33% | 54% | over 109% |
Computed from the 223 creators in Supās public directory, data collected 8 September 2026. Quarters are the 25th and 75th percentiles. The directory has no creators under 10k followers, so there is no tier for them.
How to read it
What to look at first
Start with the two benchmark strips. A creator who is strong for their size on both engagement and views is a safe buy at a fair rate. A creator who is strong on one and low on the other is telling you something: high engagement with low views usually means a loyal but small active audience, and high views with low engagement means the Reels travel to strangers who watch and move on.
Then look at the median Reel views against the average. If the median is far below the average, one clip is carrying the number, and your post is more likely to land near the median. Brief and price on the median.
Finally read the content mix and the paid partnership count together. A feed that is one third sponsored will not give your post much room, and an audience that sees an ad every third post has learned to scroll past them.
Limits
What this tool cannot see
Audience country, age and gender. Reach, impressions, saves and shares. Story views. Follower growth over time. All of those live in the creatorās own insights and nowhere else. Tools that show them for any account are estimating from samples, and we would rather show fewer numbers than estimated ones.
The fix is to ask. A creator who is proud of their audience will send screenshots of their insights the same day, and the numbers there are the ones to negotiate on. Sup asks for them on every booking, and compares them with what this report shows.

Nothing is estimated or modelled, and nothing comes from a database that was scraped months ago. Results are kept for three days so a repeat check is instant.
No. Audience country, age and gender are only visible to the account owner. Tools that show them for any account are modelling from samples, and we would rather show fewer numbers than estimated ones. Ask the creator for a screenshot of their audience insights; it takes them a minute.
It depends on size. Across the 223 creators in Supās directory the median rate falls from 2.97% at 10k to 50k followers to 2.09% at 100k to 500k. The result places the creator against the tier for their size and labels it low, typical or strong.
Whether the creator is active enough to hold their reach. It is calculated from the dates of the 12 most recent posts. Under one post a week and the audience goes cold between posts; over five and the creator may be posting for volume rather than quality. The last post date is shown beside it.
A post the creator has labelled with Instagramās paid partnership tag. Many sponsored posts are not labelled, so the real number is usually higher. A creator with several tagged posts in their last 12 is used to working with brands, and is also splitting their audienceās attention between them.
Only the public numbers: followers, following and post count. Instagram does not show a private accountās posts or Reels to anyone who does not follow it, so there is nothing to analyse. The tool tells you when this is the case.
Instagram serves post images from short-lived links. If a link has expired since the data was stored, the tile shows a plain card that still opens the post on Instagram. Run the check again and the images refresh.
