TikTok Shop creators, found and run for you
A TikTok Shop sells through creators. Each one posts your product with a link, and earns a commission when a viewer buys. Our team finds those creators, gets samples to them and tracks what they post. This is the creator side of the work a TikTok Shop agency does, and the price is on this page.
- $2,500 a month, then a share of the sales your creators make that falls as they grow

Finding them
Creators found on TikTok itself
A shop needs many creators, and most of the ones who can sell your product have never heard of you. We search TikTok and Instagram live, across 350 million creators, by subject, place and size. A person on our team then watches their videos before you see a name. From 9 October 2026 TikTok lets a shop invite up to 200 creators a day, so who you invite matters more than how many.
- Creators who already post about products like yours
- Each one checked for fit before the list reaches you
- You say yes or no to every creator

Samples and briefs
A sample in their hands, and a brief they agreed
A creator cannot sell a product they have not held. We collect each address, you ship, and we chase the delivery. Each creator gets a brief with the product, the points to make and the link, and replies with their idea before they film.
- Addresses collected for you, with the tracking kept on the record
- One brief for each creator, on one page
- Where a creator is paid a fee, you approve the draft before it is posted

Tracking
You see where every creator stands
A programme with a hundred creators has a hundred different states: invited, waiting for a sample, posted, selling. Each creator has a stage in plain words, and each post’s views are read three times a day.
- Views, likes, comments, shares and saves for every post
- Sales by creator, from TikTok’s own affiliate report
- Ad codes collected, so you can run the best videos as Spark Ads

The detail
The price in full, and what one sale costs
A TikTok Shop agency recruits and manages the creators who sell a brand’s products through TikTok Shop, and many also run the shop and its ads. Most do not publish a price. The rest of this page gives ours in full, a calculator for the cost of one sale, how these deals differ from paid posts, and when TikTok Shop is the wrong choice.
The price
What you pay Sup, by how much your creators sell
One price list, with no quote and no call needed to read it. The share is taken from the sales made through the creators we bring and manage, as TikTok’s affiliate report counts them. It is not taken from the rest of your shop’s sales.
| Creator sales in the month | What you pay Sup | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Under $25,000 | $2,500 a month | A flat fee while the programme is being built |
| $25,000 to $100,000 | 10% of the sales your creators make | The share replaces the monthly fee. It is not added to it |
| $100,000 to $200,000 | 7% of the sales your creators make | The rate applies to the whole month |
| Over $200,000 | 5% of the sales your creators make | Half the first rate |
There is no set-up fee. Creator commission, samples, ad spend and TikTok’s own fee are separate and are paid direct.
Why a monthly fee at the start
A new programme has work and no sales yet: the search, the invitations, the samples and the briefs. A share of small sales would not cover it, so the first stage is a flat $2,500.
Why a share after that
Once your creators sell $25,000 a month, the work grows with the sales. A share means we are paid more when they sell more and less when they do not.
Why the rate falls
The tenth creator costs more work than the hundredth. So the rate drops from 10% to 7% and then to 5% as the programme grows.
On our other campaigns Sup costs $0 a month, because our fee comes out of the fee you pay a creator for a post. A TikTok Shop creator is paid by commission, through TikTok, so there is no creator fee to take a share of. That is why this campaign has a price of its own.

What one TikTok Shop sale costs
Our fee is one line in the cost of a sale. TikTok’s fee and the creator’s commission are the other two that come out of every order. Put in your own numbers.
Sales made through creators, as TikTok counts them.
You set it in TikTok. 10% to 20% is common.

Our fee for this month: $5,000, which is 10% of $50,000.
How we counted. TikTok’s public table of category rates gives 6% of the order for most categories in the United States. Seller guides reported a rise to 8% for most non-food categories from 4 August 2026, so check your own rate in Seller Center. The commission range is the one seller guides give. Our fee follows the price list above. Read on 6 October 2026.
The rules
How a TikTok Shop creator deal works, in TikTok’s own words
Agency pages name the programme and do not explain it. These are the parts, quoted from TikTok’s guides for sellers, with what each one means for a brand.
| The part | What TikTok says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Open collaboration | It “allows sellers to make their products visible for promotion to all TikTok Shop creators”. | Any creator can pick the product up. You set one rate and wait |
| Target collaboration | It “allows sellers to invite certain creators to promote specific products on their behalf”. | You choose the creators. This is where our shortlist goes |
| The commission | The seller sets it for each product, “ranging from 1%-80%”. A target rate “will always supersede the open collaboration commission rate”. | You can pay the creators you chose more than the open rate |
| Samples | “Sellers pay for the product, shipping and tax.” “Creators are required to create content within 14 days of receiving the sample.” | Samples are a cost to plan for, and a creator has a deadline |
| Invitations | “You can add up to 200 creators to new invitations each day.” Invitations sent by a tool “use the same weekly invitation quota”. | From 9 October 2026 an invitation is scarce. Spend it on a creator who fits |
| Partner campaigns | “You outsource the campaign creation and management to a partner such as an agency.” “Creator-level performance data is not available through Partner Campaigns.” | Through an agency’s campaign you see sales by product, not by creator |
We work through your own target collaborations, not a partner campaign. The invitations go out from your Seller Center to the creators you approved, so the creators, the messages and the sales by creator stay in your account.

Three ways to do it
A TikTok Shop agency, affiliate software, or Sup
The three are sold as if they were the same thing. They do different jobs at different prices, and many brands use two of them.
| A TikTok Shop agency | Affiliate software | Sup | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it does | Runs the shop, the creators, the ads and often live selling | Sends invitations in bulk, and tracks samples and sales | Finds, briefs and tracks the creators |
| Who does the work | The agency | Your own team | Our team |
| The published price | $2,500 to $15,000 a month, or 5% to 15% of sales, or both | $149 to $599 a month | $2,500 a month, then 10% falling to 5% |
| What a share is taken from | Usually the whole shop’s sales | No share | Only the sales made through creators we bring |
| Your shop’s listings and ads | Run for you | Yours | Yours |
| Sales by creator | Not where the agency runs a partner campaign | Yes | Yes, in your own Seller Center |
The agency prices are the published prices of three agencies and the ranges two agency guides give. The software prices are the published monthly plans of five tools. All were read on 6 October 2026.
Two kinds of deal
A creator paid by commission, or a creator paid for a post
Both are creator campaigns, and they are run in different ways. Many brands run both at once: commission for volume, and a paid post for the creators who matter most.
| TikTok Shop, by commission | A paid post | |
|---|---|---|
| How the creator is paid | A share of each sale they make | A fee agreed before they film |
| Who pays them | TikTok, out of the order | Sup, after the post is live |
| How many creators | Many: the more who post, the more chances of a sale | A chosen few |
| What you approve | The creator and the brief | The creator, the brief and the draft |
| What you judge it on | Sales | Views, engagement and the content you can reuse |
| What you risk | Samples, and your time | The fee |
For a paid post, see TikTok influencer marketing. To run a creator’s best video as an ad from their own handle, see Spark Ads and partnership ads. To send product with no fee and no commission, see gifting and seeding.
Who does what
What is ours, and what stays yours
A page that says “full service” leaves you to find out later what was not included. This is the split.
| The job | Who does it | Note |
|---|---|---|
| The shop: listings, prices, stock | You | Or the team that runs your shop |
| The commission rate | You | Set in TikTok, product by product |
| Finding creators | Sup | A live search, then a person who watches the videos |
| Saying yes to a creator | You | Each one, with a reason when it is a no |
| Writing to creators | Sup | And answering every reply |
| The invitation inside TikTok | You | A target collaboration, sent from your Seller Center to the creators you approved |
| Sending samples | You ship | We collect the addresses and chase the delivery |
| The brief | Sup, with you | One for each creator |
| Tracking posts | Sup | Read from the public post three times a day |
| Counting sales | TikTok | Its affiliate report, which you share with us |
| Paying commission | TikTok | Out of each order |
| Ad codes for Spark Ads | Sup | Collected from each creator |
| Ad spend | You | In your own ad account |
Our own record
What we already know about TikTok creators
A TikTok Shop programme starts with the right creators. These figures are the size of our search and the views on the TikTok posts we have tracked on paid campaigns. They are not TikTok Shop sales.
- 350M
- creators searched live on Instagram and TikTok
- 6.3M
- views on the TikTok posts tracked on our paid campaigns. A view count includes views from ads run on the post
- 48 hours
- from your brief to a shortlist of TikTok creators
- 01
Search by what they post
We search the words creators use for themselves and their videos. A niche does not have to be on a list of categories.
- 02
Check before you see them
A filter finds accounts. A person decides whether the videos suit the product.
How we counted. The view count is from Sup’s own campaign reporting, which reads each tracked post three times a day. The search figure is the pool a live search runs across. Read on 5 October 2026.

When TikTok Shop is the wrong choice
A commission deal costs nothing until it sells, which makes it look free. It is not. These are the cases where another campaign is the better start.
The margin is thin
TikTok’s fee, the commission and our fee come out of every order before the product and shipping. Use the calculator. If little is left, a paid post that sends buyers to your own site keeps more of the sale.
The product needs explaining
A shop video has a few seconds. A product that takes a minute to understand does better with a creator who is paid to make one careful video.
You cannot ship quickly
A video that sells well can sell out a week of stock in a day. Late orders hurt the shop’s standing with TikTok. Fix the stock and the shipping first.
You want content more than sales
If the aim is videos you can run as ads, buy the videos. Start with UGC, where you own the rights from the first day.
The other starts are gifting and seeding, paid influencer posts and UGC. The campaigns page says which to run first for each aim.

FAQ
TikTok Shop questions
How much does a TikTok Shop agency cost?
Agencies charge a monthly fee, a share of the shop’s sales, or both. Published monthly fees run from about $2,500 to $15,000 and published shares from 5% to 15% of sales. Sup charges $2,500 a month while your creators sell under $25,000 a month. Above that we take 10% of the sales your creators make in place of the monthly fee, 7% above $100,000 and 5% above $200,000.
What does the fee not cover?
Three costs are yours and are paid direct. TikTok takes its own fee on each order. Each creator earns the commission you set, which TikTok pays out of the order. You send the samples. If you run a creator’s video as an ad, the ad spend is yours too.
Do you run my TikTok Shop for me?
No. We run the creator side: finding creators, writing to them, getting samples to them, briefing them, tracking their posts and collecting ad codes. Your listings, stock, shipping, customer service and commission rate stay with you or with the team that runs your shop.
What commission should I offer creators?
You set it in TikTok, product by product. Guides for sellers put the common range at 10% to 20% of the order, and higher in beauty. A rate that is too low gets few creators. A rate that is too high leaves nothing after TikTok’s fee, the product and shipping. The calculator on this page shows what is left at any rate.
How are creators paid?
By commission on each sale, through TikTok. TikTok takes the commission out of the order and pays the creator, so you send no payment for it. Some creators ask for a fee as well as commission. You approve any fee before it is agreed, and it is paid after the post is live, as on our other campaigns.
Why does this cost a monthly fee when Sup is $0 a month elsewhere?
On our other campaigns you pay a creator a fee for a post, and our fee comes out of that. A TikTok Shop creator is paid by commission, through TikTok, so there is no creator fee for us to take a share of. So this campaign has its own price, and it is the one on this page.
How do you count creator sales?
From TikTok’s own affiliate report, which lists the sales each creator made. You share the report with us each month. We do not estimate sales and we do not count sales that came from your own posts or ads.
How quickly will we see sales?
We hold no figure of our own, and we do not promise a date. Agency pages put the first meaningful sales between two weeks and three months. TikTok’s rules set part of the pace: a creator has 14 days to post after a sample arrives. What we can state is our own first step: a shortlist within 48 hours of your brief.
Do you run the ads too?
No. We collect each creator’s ad code, so you or your ad team can run their video as a Spark Ad. The ad account and the ad spend stay with you.
Who keeps the creators if we stop?
You do. The creators are invited from your own Seller Center, as target collaborations. The collaborations, the messages and the sales by creator stay in your account.
Is TikTok Shop right for my product?
It suits a product that a creator can show working in a short video, at a price a viewer will pay without much thought, with enough margin for the commission. It suits a product less if it needs explaining, if the margin is thin or if you cannot ship quickly. In those cases gifting or paid posts are a better start.
