Email policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Sup Labs Ltd (company no. 15889484) runs sup.co. This page explains how we use email, and what we do not allow.

1. Who gets email from sup.co

We send email from sup.co addresses only to people who work with us or ask to hear from us. That means our clients, the creators on our campaigns, and people who book a call, sign up or contact us. These emails are about their campaign, their agreement, their content or their payment.

2. No unsolicited bulk email

We do not send unsolicited bulk email from any sup.co address. We do not put links to sup.co, or to any of its subdomains, in unsolicited email. This includes go.sup.co, sign.sup.co and signals.sup.co.

3. Partners and other companies

Agencies, affiliates, partners and suppliers may not advertise sup.co in unsolicited email. If one does, we will ask them to stop, and we will stop working with them if they continue.

4. How we send email

Our email goes out through Google Workspace, Resend and Postmark. Each one is authenticated for sup.co with SPF and DKIM. Our DMARC policy tells receiving mail servers to treat unauthenticated mail that claims to come from sup.co as suspicious.

5. Stopping reminders

Our reminders are about a step someone has open with us. If you would rather not get them, email matt@sup.co and we will stop them.

6. Reporting misuse

If you get an unsolicited email that mentions or links to sup.co, please forward it to matt@sup.co. We will look into it and reply.
