Offers
Verified in-store purchases, proved by the receipt
An Offer turns creator awareness into a purchase you can show a buyer. It is tied to one SKU at the retailers you choose. Shoppers buy it, photograph the receipt in the Sup app, and cash back is paid once the receipt is checked.
The problem
Proving that marketing moves product is hard
Retailers hold brands to velocity numbers. Most creator tools report reach and stop there. Offers connect the creator activity to real receipts, so your team has the numbers to keep investing in what works and the evidence to defend shelf space.
How an Offer works
Four steps from set-up to proof
Set it up once. The community and the app do the rest.
Set up the Offer
Pick the SKU, the retailers that stock it, the cash-back amount and the dates. We check the product is findable on a receipt.
Creators share it
Each creator on the campaign gets a unique Offer link to share in stories, captions and group chats. Shoppers also find live Offers in the Sup app.
Shoppers buy and verify
They pick the product up on their next shop, upload a photo of the receipt in the app, and the cash back lands in their wallet after the check.
You see the proof
Every redemption appears in your dashboard with the retailer, the city, the SKU and the creator whose link drove it.
What you get
Velocity data your buyers want to see
The dashboard answers the questions a category manager asks.
By retailer
Which stores the purchases happened in, so you can show the buyer their own numbers.
By creator
Which creators drove redemptions, not just views, so the next campaign books the right people.
By SKU
Which product moved. Useful when a new flavour or size needs to prove itself in a quarter.
Two ways to run it
On its own, or with a creator campaign
A standalone Offer drives focused trial at one retailer, supports a new SKU, or builds velocity ahead of a buyer meeting. Paired with a campaign, the creators give the Offer distribution and the Offer gives the campaign proof. Most brands run both.
Categories
Built to perform across retail categories
From food to beauty to pet care, the goal stays the same: influence the purchase in the aisle and prove it with the receipt.
FAQ
Questions retail teams ask
How is a receipt verified?
The shopper photographs the itemised receipt in the Sup app. We check the retailer, the date and the product line against the Offer before the cash back is released. Receipts that do not match are declined and the shopper is told why.
Who pays the cash back?
The brand funds the cash back and sets the amount per redemption when the Offer is created. Sup pays the shopper through the app once the receipt is verified.
Can I cap the spend?
Yes. Every Offer has a redemption cap and an end date, and it pauses by itself when either is reached.
Does this work outside the US?
Yes. Offers work at any retailer that prints an itemised receipt, so UK grocers and pharmacies work the same way as US ones.
Run your first Offer.
Book a call and bring the SKU and the retailer. We will set the Offer up with you and show you what a redemption looks like in the dashboard.
