This plant-based heaven serves up some of California’s most beloved vegan cuisine. 2. Equelecua Cuban Cafe

This all-vegan, all-Cuban cafe prides itself on being the only one on the planet. Set up by owners Caroline and Liliana Lafaurie, the pair had no restaurant-based experience between them. With the input of their massively talented, Cuban born chef Juito Ortega-Gazo, they were able to cook up their brand new culinary masterpiece and bring to LA some of the best Cuban food, without any animal produce.

3. The V Tree, Hollywood

Owned by world-renowned celebrity chef Chef Velvet, Hollywood’s The V Tree serves up completely plant-based options of classic southern food. This eccentric Japanese style vegan eatery has some pretty specific rules that need to be adhered to when eating on their premises, including handbags needing to be placed in a basket next to your seat.
