1. DayTrip Festival

Boasting 360 degree views of Los Angeles’ Cabrillo Beach and San Pedro Bay, this waterfront venue will play host to one of the city’s most popular festivals, Day Trip. 2. Hard Summer

One of the most popular summer festivals for all things electronic, Hard Summer Festival takes place over two days. With headliners including Future, DJ Snake, 2 Chainz and many more, this funky festival is ready for all you electro enthusiasts.Β

3. Same Same But Different

For all the music futureheads, California’s Same Same But Different Festival is the one for you. Celebrating unique and diverse music spanning across multiple genres, this festival offers you a three-day extravaganza. From late-night electronic raves to vibey daytime beach parties, SSBD has something for everyone.

4. Beachlife Festival

The newby on the block, Beachlife Festival combines good music, good vibes and an even better beach. Hosted on California’s Redondo Beach, this early spring festival stages a varying selection of music including classic rock, Americana and reggae.

5. Primavera Sound, Los Angeles

Possibly one of LA’s most established summertime events, Primavera Sound has had some of the best festival line-ups for the past two decades. Held in LA State Historic Park, this year’s line up has yet to be announced, let the countdown begin!

6. Ohana Festival

Taking place as Dana Point on Doheny State Beach is a summertime festival with a cause. Ohana Festival not only provides you with impeccable indie, surf rock and alternative music but half of the proceeds earned at this annual event are donated to a local, non-profit charity that aims to preserve California’s beautiful coastal parks.

7. Dirtybird CampoutΒ 

Take a trip down memory lane at this grown-up summer camp sensation. Held annually, the Dirtybird Campout is all about never-ending entertainment. From wood carving and knot tying to talent shows and tug-of-war, this fun-filled weekend doesn’t fall short when it comes to the music. With three stages playing everything from house and techno to drum and bass, there’s even a silent disco! Be sure to remember your dancing shoes at this fun fest.Β
